Benefit Details

1. This certificate entitles the Bearer to a one-night stay on a room only basis. This benefit is valid for two (2) guests on any day of the week in a Junior Suite.
2. Rooms are subject to allocation availability, meaning that this certificate may not be accepted during periods of expected high hotel occupancy. Blackout dates will apply during peak periods.
3. Reservation requests must be made within 30 days of the expected date of arrival.
4. This certificate cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, rates, packages, tours, etc.
5. Please redeem this certificate at the time of check-in and present valid photo ID’s of both the occupants of the room to avail of this benefit.
6. This certificate is not valid for use during special occasions like New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Maharashtra Day or on any other day as specified by the hotel.
7. Cancellations or amendments to the reservation must be made at least 72 hours prior to the expected date of arrival, else the certificate would be deemed to be used and cancelled for further use.
8. All extras and applicable taxes during the stay need to be settled at the time of check-out.
9. This certificate has no cash value.
10. This certificate can be gifted to friends or family.
11. All room upgrades are on a paid basis and are subject to availability, only at the time of check-in.

Authorization and Identification

1. Redemption of this certificate is only authorized by entering a valid OTP sent to the registered mobile number.
